Dave Nichols

Mr. Nichols has more than 15 years of experience at every stage of entrepreneurship, having co-founded several technology, agriculture and energy tech startups. Dave's career began in 2005 around the same time as the advent of socially responsible investing, as he worked on carbon credit projects in developing countries under the Kyoto Protocol. He then transitioned from carbon trading to clean-tech finance, leading the development of clean-tech projects ranging from energy to agriculture.

Ding Ding, Ph.D. is the founder and chairwoman of Augere Group, which provides corporate finance advisory and investment services focusing on healthcare and climate technology companies globally. Dr. Ding is based in New York and travels to Asia on the regular basis.
Before starting Augere Group, Dr. Ding spent 21 years in healthcare investment banking and equity research in New York, Hong Kong and China with various leading global banks. She also served as the CFO of Shouti (now Structure Therapeutics), a leading biotech company in the US.
